We all have needs and wants, desires and dreams. Some of us are actively manifesting them. We speak the words and align our energies. We act as if they have already entered our life. And yet, they don’t come to fruition in our material lives.
All this energy we spend trying to bring these energies, people, places, things, and situations into our lives may be flawed. They may assume that we are separated from what we seek.
Saying that we want the thing implies that it is out there somewhere and not already a part of us. Our thoughts and word choices have created a separation between us and what we want most.
That’s the illusion that is keeping us from fulfilling our needs, wants, desires, and dreams fulfilled. The words we use create the idea that we are separated from them and then become our belief system, our vibration.
I caught myself doing this lately, feeling separated from the life that I was trying to create. I then noticed that the words I used to affirm and pray were limiting my belief. Which then limited my ability to connect with the life I desire.
That awareness changed the way I spoke internally in my affirmations and prayers. It changed the way I spoke about my manifestations. And then it changed my belief system.
Word Choice.
Throughout my awakening process, my affirmations have evolved. I now see that the process of changing my language was aligned with more of my manifestations being fulfilled. Which means that our words and our ability to manifest are directly related.
The words we use to call forth our needs, wants, and desires, matter. Are we begging and pleading or are we grateful and powerful? Our words tell the story and are the vibration from which we are manifesting.
Here are examples that roughly demonstrate how my affirmations have evolved over time.
Please send me more money.
I ask to be blessed with more money.
I am grateful to receive more money.
I am grateful to be aligned with increasing money.
I am grateful to be guided towards all forms of financial abundance.
I am grateful to be in the flow of universal energies of financial abundance.
I am grateful to be financially abundant.
I am grateful to be a magnet for financial abundance.
By saying “Please send me more money.”, we are saying that we are separate from abundance. We believe that we don’t have enough money. We want it, and ask for it, which can lead to unhealthy attachment and a belief that we will never have it. A belief that money is separate from us.
When we affirm that we are grateful for the money we receive. We create an energy of gratitude which is always a higher vibration. But this too evokes a separation from money.
And then we say that we are grateful to be aligned with money. It is a good affirmation and being aligned with it is closer to universal truth. Just as the affirmation that we are being guided towards money and in the flow of it.
We are then beginning to end the belief that we are separated from financial abundance. By saying “I am grateful to be financially abundant”, we affirm that we are in fact already financially abundant and in no way separated from money.
By affirming that we are “grateful to be a magnet for financial abundance” we are drawing money towards us. We are no longer asking for alignment, no longer affirming our separation. We are saying we are attracting it to us magnetically.
Affirming that we are already financially abundant and that we are already attracting magnetically, we are in our power. It is happening for us and it is happening without effort because we are a magnet. This is powerful manifestation energy.
The words we use matter. The form of our affirmation matters. Are we asking for it? Are we aligned with it? Or are we already the thing that we want? What are we believing?
Belief System.
What we think and speak is what we believe. What we believe is our belief system. Our belief systems are how we live and create our lives.
If we believe we are separate from our manifestations, we are. If we believe we are aligned with our manifestations - we are. If we believe we are a magnet for everything we need, want, and desire – we are.
When the spiritual community says to align with the vibration of what we want, what are we believing about it? Do we believe we are separate from our manifestation? Do we believe we can align with our manifestation? Or are we believing that we already are what we are manifesting?
The words we say outwardly matter. Our internal belief systems matter just as much. What we believe and feel inside of us is what is being responded to by universal energies. It is the energy that we carry. Our beliefs are our vibration.
Small shifts in our word choices can create big shifts in our energy. They create clarity within us and around us. They are shifts in mindset that can send us on a new trajectory as they refine our intention.
Choosing our words carefully, shifting from separation to already having it, will shift our belief system. It will change the energy we are bringing to our manifestations. And it will help us co-create our fulfillment.
